We Ship worldwide. 

In the UK, Standard Shipping is Free over £50 and Express Shipping is Free over £100

In the USA & Canada, Standard Shipping is Free over $80 and Express Shipping is Free over $150

UK

- Standard Shipping takes 3-5 Working Days.

- Express Shipping takes 1-2 Working Days.

USA & Canada

- Standard Shipping takes Up To 14 Working Days.

- Express Shipping takes 1-3 Working Days.

Worldwide

- Standard Shipping takes Up To 28 Working Days.

- Express Shipping takes 1-5 Working Days.

Unfortunately once an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend the delivery address.

If you are unable to receive the package due to an address change. If the package is returned to us, we will send resend the package to a different delivery address for you.

You can change your delivery address at anytime prior to dispatch by contacting us, or logging onto your account and updating a change.

Returns and exchanges

As long as the item has been unused, we are happy to offer refunds. Please contact us to arrange the return and refund of your item. Once we receive the returned items, we will be able to process a refund within 48 hours, and will send you confirmation for the refund.

Please make sure to fill out the returns form your order came with, to allow us to process your refund swiftly. If you have not received a returns slip, please contact us and we'll email one for you to print of as soon as we receive your email requesting a refund.

Please note all returns are free, and a refund will be issued once we have received the item(s) and processed them.

Changing currency

On mobile, just scroll to the footer and click on the drop down icon, next to the flag, and choose your local currency.

On Desktop, you can do this either via the footer, or the header.

Currently we take the following Currencies:

- USD

- EUR

To pay in your local currency, you will need to use the Debit, or Credit card option. 

Currently for customers in the UK, Klarna, and ClearPay is available for split payments. 

For all over regions, you can use Split It to Buy Now and Pay later on the same 3 month split terms.
